For sports performance enhancement, Gill can be contacted directly by individual sportsmen and women, by coaches, trainers and managers, or by clubs and associations. She works primarily with sports people individually, usually in conjunction with their coaches. First she will talk with you to make an assessment of what needs to be done to help you reach new levels of performance. After this she will plan with you for a short-term programme of work (one to three sessions), or a longer programme of weekly sessions, or work spread over longer intervals. Whatever the plan, it will be discussed and agreed with you beforehand. And all Gill's sessions are confidential between her and the athlete.
Gill normally works with sports people in their training environment, but alternative arrangements can be made according to circumstances.
